Tom has been a South Florida resident for the better part of his life and started out in the real estate construction business in 1985. Following in his father's footsteps, he started his very first project during late 1986 when he was commissioned to develop two substantially large residential apartment complexes in Hialeah, Florida. After successful completion of these projects, he went on to establish himself as a construction professional in the South Florida Area. Numerous projects that he has completed are as follows: - Complete kitchen remodeling to include construction of cabinets, appliance installation and finishing touches.
- Electrical and lighting connections
- Complete bathroom remodeling
- Wood floor and tile installation
- Drywall installation/and or repair (including popcorn ceilings)
- Window/door installation
- Design and installation of custom california closest
- Hurricane shutter installation (recently attended Hurricane Protection Trade show and educational conference in Orlando, Florida)
- Certified air conditioning technician (repair and installation)
- General home repairs
